The Framework

We build a software framework for data analysis solutions that are close to users, their goals, requirements and preferences. The framework was originally created for analysis and visualization of time-oriented data, with goals to help understanding the past, make better decisions in the present, and prepare for the future.  Since then, the framework has been expanded, and we use it currently as the base for creating data analysis solutions that are effective, useful and adaptable to a variety of scenarios and contexts. We apply the framework in scenarios and experiments in different domains, like digital healthcare, personal finance or information security. Along its core functionality, we are working also on selected domain libraries with re-usable analysis templates, visualization methods and cooperation patterns.

Our framework is designed with focus on simplicity and flexibility. Data analysis solutions based on it should be able to meet different business and technical requirements, including security, privacy, reliability or availability. The solutions are usually based on domain analysis templates and can be integrated with multiple analysis algorithms and models, including external libraries and services. User experience can be driven by analysis decision support, that will explain, guide, protect from mistakes, and present results enhanced with analysis artifacts, adjusted to individual requirements and preferences. In an organizational context, this means also adapting to local social structure to facilitate effective collaboration and data-centered interactions between different users, including intelligent agents.

The framework is under continuous development and we extend its functionality with every new project or a case study, both in the scope of core features as well as specific domain libraries and analysis templates. We will use the framework in consumer products, but at this point we offer it in our services, as the base for custom data analysis solutions aimed at decision support in organizations, with results adapted to specific business contexts.
